Color is also a language of its own. If the bright colors let you find a new source of energy, black is for when you need a protective sphere around. Black Code is such a ballpoint pen.

The pen has a matte chrome-plated aluminum shell, making the pen even more invisible in the hand. The pen has the familiar hexagonal design of the Caran d’Ache for a secure hold. Inside that calm aluminum block is the “Goliath cartridge” that makes this Swiss pen famous, with an ink capacity that can write up to 8000m, approximately 600 A4 pages (probably number of books in Murakami’s 1Q84?)
